Our company andrea & milu sl is a spanish registered company which exists since the year 2002 when began his activity. Specialized in the design, manufacturing and distribution at wholesale level, has achieved an international success in the last three years, being present on the majority of western and eastern european countries, mexico, usa, russia and ukraine.
The manufacturing was taking place in portugal where prices have been increasing substantially in the last few years and has made the company struggle to keep the level.

Andrea & milu has representatives/commercial agents in each territory which are in charge of ensuring a good distribution, and also choosing the clients ( retail and wholesale) with whom we work.
All the designs of the collections are made in italy by the hand of prestigious well known designers following the feed back from the market and our clients requests in order to insure a commercial collection from the design point of view.

At present, we are looking for a manufacturer who could be interested in absorbing our company and all it's network as well as know how, as we cannot proceed with the business any longer with our current organisation and possibilities. Having a collection already designed and pictured, an established international distribution network, a web site and a label recognised as a quality european brand, we believe it could be very interesting for a possible buyer/partner.

Often manufacturers in the east can produce at very good prices, and andrea & milu can bring all the necessary network and business tools at the other end making the business well functionning and developing in markets where every time the request is for cheaper dresses and higher quality and service.

At present andrea & milu does not own shops nor has franchises and works with multy branded/label clients, however the option of opening in key cities a store with cheap and decent quality as well as commercial bridal dresses is an opening which can prove to be very successful.

We would be interested in being absorbed or offer a participation to a manufacturer/trader bringing from our side all the know how acquired and achieved business.
